Our Story
It all started on March 10, 2015 with a mobile food van and a big dream — bringing authentic Mexican flavours to the streets of Scotland.
By August 2016, we'd found our permanent home at South Clerk Street. Our concept? Traditional Mexican flair with a Scottish twist — think Irn-Bru pulled pork and haggis-infused burritos.
Every dish is made fresh with love, combining the best of both worlds. Welcome to Bonnie Burrito Mexas.
